Effective October 8, 2026. Version DTM LEGAL 2026 10 08 R4. Contact support@destroythemarkets.com.

Operator and contact

Destroy the Markets, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company, operates DestroyTheMarkets.com. Contact support@destroythemarkets.com or write to 5805 State Bridge Rd STE G83, Johns Creek, GA 30097.

Acceptance and eligibility

By affirmatively accepting these Terms when registering or purchasing, you agree to them and, for a paid purchase, the Subscription Billing and Cancellation Terms. The Privacy Notice explains personal-information processing; accepting these Terms does not consent to optional marketing or tracking. Accounts are available only to adults 18 or older in the United States. Public browsing alone does not establish affirmative contractual acceptance.

Account security

Provide accurate registration information and safeguard your account. You are responsible for activity you authorize. Do not impersonate others or access another user's information. Report suspected compromise promptly. DTM may restrict access for security, misuse or legal requirements; contact support to request review.

Research and limitations

DTM provides economic data, historical analytics, research tools and commentary for general information and education. It does not assess your personal financial circumstances or provide individualized investment, legal or tax advice. Data can be delayed, revised or incomplete. AI explanations can be incorrect. Read the Financial and Research Disclaimer and AI Disclosure.

Permitted use

You may use enabled features and downloads for your own research, subject to the notices and rights attached to each source. You may share noncommercial screenshots and short excerpts of eligible original DTM commentary with a link to DTM, the observation dates and all displayed source credits and notices. This permission does not license raw dataset redistribution, third-party articles, trademarks or restricted third-party content. Obtain permission for other redistribution that DTM has not licensed. These Terms do not remove rights independently available under law or an applicable open-source or data license.

Prohibited use

Do not bypass access, payment or usage controls; access private endpoints, credentials or other users' records; introduce malicious code; disrupt service; infringe third-party rights; remove required notices; or perform unauthorized bulk extraction or mirroring. Restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not override applicable third-party licenses.

Ownership and submissions

The operator or its licensors own rights they lawfully hold in DTM software, original writing, graphics and branding. No ownership is claimed in public-domain facts, third-party components or unprotectable AI material. Access grants no title to the service.

You retain rights you hold in account submissions. You permit DTM to process and store them as needed to supply requested services and support, consistent with the Privacy Notice. This permission does not authorize public disclosure of private saved research or model training on private submissions. Shared explanations based on nonpersonal analytical facts are described in the AI Disclosure. Do not submit credentials or confidential third-party information.

Service and terms changes

Paid purchases renew only as disclosed and consented to under the Subscription Terms. DTM may change services for reliability, security or legal reasons, but will provide required notice and appropriate remedies for material prepaid-service discontinuation. Changes do not retroactively authorize charges or new data uses. Material Terms changes will be dated and notified, with renewed acceptance where required.

Disputes

Georgia law governs, except for mandatory consumer protections of your jurisdiction. Subject to nonwaivable venue rights, disputes may be brought in courts with jurisdiction in Fulton County, Georgia, including the appropriate federal court. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver or a blanket consumer indemnity. Contact support to seek resolution; doing so does not restrict statutory filing rights.

Warranties and mandatory rights

To the extent permitted by law, services are provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted service, error-free data or investment outcomes. Nothing limits nonwaivable consumer remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. These Terms do not set a monetary liability cap. Invalid provisions will be limited or severed to the extent lawful without invalidating the remainder.

Source terms

When using DTM features that use the FRED API, you also agree to be bound by the FRED API Terms of Use. Source-specific licenses, restrictions and credits continue to apply. See Sources Attribution and Methodology.
